1. Who we are

Booked Fleet is a brand of PREGO LLC, based in Gilbert, Arizona. In these Terms, “Booked Fleet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean PREGO LLC. “You” means the transportation business, and the person acting for it, that uses our website or our service.

These Terms apply to bookedfleet.com and to the Booked Fleet lead service. By submitting our intake form, starting a free trial, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Booked Fleet sends party bus, sprinter, and limo inquiries to transportation operators. We run the ads, the landing page, and the follow-up. You answer the phone. Every plan includes:

• Exclusive territory: one operator per market
• Local landing page and tracking number for your market
• Ad campaigns on the platforms that work best in your market
• Instant text reply to every inquiry, plus automated follow-up
• Lead alerts by text and email with details captured
• Party bus, sprinter, and limo inquiries
• Monthly lead report

We build and run everything. No logins or access are needed from you. We choose the ad platforms, budgets, targeting, and creative for your market.

3. Your market and exclusive territory

Your market is the U.S. Census metro area (MSA) for your business. We work with one operator per market. While your trial or paid plan is active, we will not offer Booked Fleet to another operator in your market.

If you do not continue after the free trial, or you stop a paid plan, your market is no longer reserved and may be offered to another operator.

4. Plans and pricing

Ad spend is included. You pay one flat monthly price, with no separate ad budget.

Population is based on the U.S. Census metro area (MSA) for your market. Popular destination markets, such as Las Vegas and Nashville, are priced one level up. Your plan is set by your market size. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

5. Free trial

Your first 2 weeks are free. The free trial lasts 14 days. You do not pay anything to claim your market or to start the trial.

After the free trial, if you like the results, pay to continue. If not, you walk away and owe nothing. If you do not pay to continue, we pause your campaign at the end of the trial.

6. Payment and billing

To continue after the trial, you pay by a secure payment link that we send you. Your plan is billed monthly.

If a payment fails or is not made, we may pause your campaign until it is paid.

7. No contracts

There is no long-term contract. Plans run month to month, and you can stop at any time.

8. Leads

A lead is a call or form submission. Lead counts shown on our website and sales materials are estimates and vary by market and season.

We send you each lead with the details captured. You decide how to respond, what to quote, and whether to take the job. We do not promise that any lead will turn into a booking or a specific amount of revenue.

9. Lead guarantee

Every plan has a minimum guaranteed monthly lead count: 20 for Small, 40 for Medium, and 80 for Large. If your 3-month average falls short, your next month is on us.

The free-month guarantee is measured as a rolling 3-month average, starting after your first 3 months. It applies when:

• your plan matches your market size,
• your service area covers your full metro area, and
• you accept all vehicle and event types.

Markets with limited demand may be offered without the guarantee. If that applies to your market, we will tell you before you pay.

The free trial does not count toward the guarantee.

10. Who owns what

We build and own the landing pages, tracking numbers, ad accounts, and campaigns used to deliver the service. They are not transferred to you. When the service ends, we may stop forwarding calls and leads from them to you.

11. Your own ads

You may keep running your own advertising. Booked Fleet runs alongside what you already have.

12. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, vehicles, and service area.
• Respond to the leads we send you.
• Hold the licenses, permits, and insurance your business needs, and follow the laws that apply to it.
• Your services, prices, and dealings with your own customers are your responsibility.

13. Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Booked Fleet about your market request, free trial, and account. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also call us at 480-405-7570 for help.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

14. Disclaimers

Other than the lead guarantee described in section 9, the service and website are provided “as is.” Ad platform rules, search engines, and market demand are outside our control, and results vary.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PREGO LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings. 16. Governing law

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you have an active plan, we will tell you about material changes before they apply to you.
